Fly Kids wants you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or issue store credit depending on the reason for the return of the item.
Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return it for exchange or store credit depending on the circumstances of the return. Kindly note the following:
- The actual product needs to be received back at Fly Kids in the original condition (unless it has been received damaged, faulty or incorrect).
- Products that have been opened, and that are not faulty, can unfortunately not be returned for store credit or exchange.
If your product is faulty and you report it within 30 days of purchase, Fly Kids will offer exchange or store credit.
Products damaged on delivery
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us as soon as possible.
Your first return will be on Fly Kids. From your 2nd return onwards, there will be a R50 collection fee.
